All Speaker Meetings will be held in Rockefeller Hall
During the meeting NO Cameras, Recording devices nor ANY use of Cell-phones will be allowed.
If you must answer a call or text please leave the room BEFORE you respond out of courtesy to the other's around you. Please be a part of... not the exception!
Please be cautious in taking pictures so that you do not include other people whom do not wish to have their pictures taken. Have your group stand against a back-drop rather then in front of the other conference attendees.
Smoking Areas
Smoking will be permitted at designated areas as permitted by the hotel. Ash Trays are available. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside. Be careful when smoking outside your room that the sliding-door is closed. If the smoke goes into the room you will be charged an extra fee by the resort. Because they do not check the rooms until you have left you will not know about the charge when you checkout. The smoke removal charge is over $200.00
Coffee & Hospitality
Coffee will be available in the hospitality room (Macy 1) Friday 6 PM - 10 PM, Saturday 8:30am -10 pm & Sunday 8:30 am - 11am Also in the Hotel lobby all weekend.
Speaker CD's Speaker CD's will be available at the Lee’s tapes and CD’s table immediately after each event or you may pre-order a complete package
of all the speakers. Also a large assortment of many good speakers.
